Talbis has over 8 years in the education industry, and brings a plethora of executive sales and management experience to his role at Executive Coaching Enterprises. He is responsible for all business development and process management. Talbis also brings a sports background to the organization and understands the fundamentals of coaching. He played baseball for Miles College and LeMoyne-Owen.  Talbis has worked very closely with public school administrators and partnered to develop solutions to impact student achievement. Recently, Talbis was the Area Manager of Business Development with Learn It Systems.  Talbis led his team in business development throughout the southeast.  Prior to his position with Learn It Systems, he was an Operations Development Manager with Knowledge Learning Corporation (KLC) where he was responsible for business development in Alabama. There he achieved the award for Top Operations Manager for his region. Talbis operates under the premise of a quote by Vince Lombardi - “Winning means you're willing to go longer, work harder, and give more than anyone else.

Coach Cheryl Littlejohn is a well-known coach and business leader with over 10 years of experience in the educational field and over 13 years in coaching and motivational speaking. Prior to joining Executive Coaching Enterprises, Cheryl was responsible for implementing customized educational solutions for leading educational providers. Her industry and coaching experience allows Cheryl to manage program operations for multiple solutions. Cheryl’s passion for children can be seen both on and off the court as she works to motivate, inspire and change outcomes for students. Her work ethic and drive for success were adopted early during her days with legendary Coach Pat Summitt.  Cheryl was a player on the Lady Vols National Championship team and a graduate of the University of Tennessee. This life changing experience has helped her to be resilient as a coach and rebound from set-backs.  Cheryl uses what she has learned to coach educators and students. Her motivational messages have been sought after all across the nation. As she touches the lives of children, she operates on the understanding that "Rebounding was the key to winning a championship 20 years ago it is still the key now to winning in life!

Les has worked in and served the Education sector since 1989. He is a founder, former school board chairman, president, and six-year director of Lincoln Charter Schools, Inc., K-12, North Carolina's only multi-campus charter school, an "NC School of Excellence".  He is the President/CEO of Executive Coaching’s partner B.A.L.L. “Building A Lifelong Learner”, an SES provider. Prior to joining Executive Coaching,

 

Les was the long-time president of the Information Technology Industry’s Media Atlantic, Inc., a provider of distance-learning and computer-based training. As an athlete and former high school and AAU basketball coach for many years, he understands the value of commitment and motivation in achieving success in the classroom and in life.  Les’ education background and business experience provide an excellent composite for managing Executive Coaching’s program operations. David Saint-Hilaire serves as a Community Development Manager for Executive Coaching Enterprises. He manages all areas of community development and strategic partnerships in the Southeast.

 

Born and educated in New York, David majored in Business and earned his degree in New York City.

 

With more than 10 years as a financial institution banking manager, and having led several successful marketing campaigns for SES companies, David leads the charge for dramatically strengthening Executive Coaching Enterprises exemplary diversity and expansion initiatives. He has also been very instrumental in strengthening relationships in the Latino community. David has been involved in youth ministries in his church organizing youth events and mission trips.

 

David is married and he and his wife have three children.
